The University of Darmstadt is one of the leading technical universities in Germany and offers specialized courses on planning and building overseas since 1971. Consortium Linking Universities of Science and Technology for Education and Research TUD is member of the CLUSTER network - a consortium of 10 leading European Universities of Technology or including a faculty of engineering. CLUSTER institutions cooperate at different levels: from institutional to departmental level. Of special interest for students is the collaboration in the field of student exchanges: the close contacts between the people in charge of student exchanges in CLUSTER institutions are a guaranty of successful exchanges. Besides, students holding a degree from a CLUSTER institution are considered like local students for admission to master studies in the other CLUSTER institutions. The same is true for master graduates wishing to start a PhD. |
